The reason why I'm referring to 'aiming to impelement' is that very likely it's going to run on <abbr title="Universal Mobile Telecommunications System">UMTS900</abbr> to provide high-speed 3G platform for it. Currently there's not enough 3G coverage to run Mobile TV effectively throughout the country including rural areas. It’s just that the process has not yet taken off but the contracts have been signed so it’s a clear initiative.
